Mums Guide

The owner of this site needed to be able to update the content on a daily basis so we customised a template by Joomla Templates to make use of the Joomla open source content management system. This gave the client a custom design at a fraction of the cost of starting from scratch.

The owners of this beautiful holiday cottage in Normandy wanted to have their existing site redesigned to show off Le Puits des Bruyéres to its full potential. With a brief that included using their favourite photo as a background on all the pages and plenty of pictures, we redesigned the site to appeal to potential visitors with a stylish yet user-friendly feel and lots of opportunities for showcasing the cottage and its stunning surroundings.

This Manchester-based IT training company wanted a website they could update and manage themselves. With a strong corporate identity, we took their logo as a starting
point and added images of clear water. The result? A fresh, clean design that leaves
a lasting impression.

Party Lane

The owner of this Surrey-based children's party service wanted a colourful, eye-catching site to showcase the different parties she offers, which include costume and multi-sport parties. We designed an easy-to-use site around a colourful image of balloons and suggested that the pages be photo-led in order to show a large range of the costumes and parties available.

Rogers Accountancy Services

With more than 15 years experience in a wide range of businesses, this Surrey-based accountant wanted a site that would act as a shop-front for the accountancy services she offers to the self-employed and small businesses. With her business card - which features her favourite shades of blue - as inspiration, we designed the site accordingly and added some Flash images of money to provide visual interest.

A & L Paving

With a portfolio of satisfied clients and many large commercial projects under their belt, this family-run company which specialises in block paving wanted a website to showcase their work. Working closely with them throughout the process, we came up with a design which echoes paving in its use of shapes and colours to produce a user-friendly professional-looking site.

Wood Magic

This unique company specialises in Native American-style wood sculptures and crafts. Having expanded to include a shop they wanted a new site to reflect all aspects of their business with a news page they could update easily themselves. Wood and the mythology behind the totem pole feature prominently in their work, so we combined their existing logo and illustrations with images of forests and animals from the totem to stunning effect.

Faye Baxter Nutrition & Diet Consultant

Nutrition and Diet Consultant Faye Baxter offers one-to-one consultations, advice on menu planning and runs food workshops. She was in need of a web presence so we designed a fresh-looking site built around mouthwatering images of healthy food with changing fact boxes containing bite-size chunks of nutrition advice.

Becky Kerr Photographer

With an existing website showcasing her beautiful wedding photos, this talented photographer wanted to add a section for portraits. We designed a new home page to incorporate this change and added the whole new portrait section to the site, plus a links page. We now maintain the website, regularly updating it to include new information and photographs.

Triline Sports

This sports management company already had this highly rated website but required ad hoc maintenance. We've introduced the scrolling logo box with links to a membership page, added a news page and updated the text and photos.

Coppin Loft Conversions

This Milton Keynes-based company has more than 25 years experience in converting lofts. Their website needed a revamp as they were keen to show off their portfolio of completed projects. Using their existing logo and company colours, we redesigned the site to include Flash animation plus a step-by-step section. The result? A comprehensive, user-friendly site.

Stephanie Williamson Photography

With an existing site that she could update herself, photographer Stephanie Williamson wanted to give it a whole new look. Her brief was for something fresh and modern in her favourite pastel colours. We redesigned her logo and revamped her site, suggesting she keep it on The Image File so that she could continue to access it easily to upload new images, and so that her clients could view their photographs online before buying. Stephanie now manages her site herself, making any necessary updates or changes. Please note that the thumbnail is of our original design - Stephanie has since changed the images. Random Pub Finder

The Random Pub Finder site has been established for five years and has a devoted following. It is a guide to London pubs featuring reviews, photos and the magnificent Pub Randomizer which chooses a pub for you to visit if you can't decide. They wanted to introduce a more visual element to the site so we designed a new banner for them.

Rainbow Site Design templates

A new service from Rainbow Site Design. We've designed three styles of template, suitable for most businesses - we've used holiday cottages as an example. All you need to do is decide whether you want a 3, 4 or 5-page site, then we'll adapt the template to suit your requirements.
