Ground floor

Living room
This is a large, sunny room overlooking the sea with comfortable seating for six people, a TV and DVD player and a good selection of books and games.

Kitchen/diner
The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave. The dining area has a round table and seating for a maximum of six.

Cloakroom
With W.C. and shower cubicle.






First floor

Bedroom 1 with ensuite
A large room which overlooks the sea and has a king-sized bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The ensuite has a shower cubicle and W.C.

Bedroom 2
A bright room with a double bed and sea views. There is room for a cot if required.

Bedroom 3
A twin-bedded room which overlooks the garden.

Bathroom
With bath, washbasin & W.C.

Outside
A fully enclosed patio garden with table and chairs and a barbecue. There is parking space for two cars.


Additional information

Any other information relevant to the property and terms of let can be described here. The following is an example.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided but please bring your own towels. There is a cot and high chair provided.

Letting periods are Saturday to Saturday. We can occasionally arrange part weeks at short notice.

To allow time for cleaning, we ask that you vacate by 10:30am on the day of departure and arrive after 2:00pm.

The cottage is No Smoking.
